NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH

I have asked myself - What is wrong with Pearl Lee? Why is she so depraved?

These are Pearl's actual written words as to how she describes her younger brother.

"One couldn't ask for a finer brother"
"My friends are always so envious when I tell them what you do for me"
"I'm so proud to have you as my brother"
"My friends think you are wonderful"
"You are truly very special to me"
"You're the best"
"You protected me"
"I cannot tell you how nice it was to live near you and how envious others were"
"No one's brother was as good as you"

What Pearl says and what she does are mentally and morally disconnected.
Pearl's response to her brother's qualities? She EXPLOITED THEM!

> She would manipulate and consume his time, labor and assets because she doesn't have to pay for it
but would literally charge him for her time, labor and contributions.
> Any win-win between her and her brother, she would manipulate a bigger win.
> All birthday, Christmas and housewarming gifts from Pearl were CHEAP but her self-praise to these gifts are great.
> Petty items that she thinks would benefit her brother, she would try to SELL it to him.
> She would demand recognition/compensation for her referrals but silence and entitlement if she received referrals from him.
> She would shame or guilt him if she lost the opportunity to make money from him.
> She is far from altruistic; she must receive some benefit to all her contributions/donations.
> After 18 years as a loyal client, she defrauded his retirement accounts.
> Her actions were unscrupulous (example): she bought him 50 shares of LVS stock for $42.50/share. Sold all 50 shares in less than 3 months for $4.94/share - received a commission of $24.70. This petty commission was more important than her brother's financial health.
> She clearly stole from him but refuses to acknowledge what she did - exhibits the "don't talk about it and it doesn't exist" mentally.
> She refuse to tell him the biggest secret (he was adopted) because it didn't benefit her.
> To this day, she continues to lie and deny ever knowing he was adopted because it makes her look bad/guilty!

Any normal, sane, moral individual would do everything to defend, protect and nurture close relationships but not Pearl Lee, she needs to benefit from it because she feels she deserve and is entitled.
Pearl Lee is corrupt and immoral, her actions are completely indefensible but will gaslight and plays the victim.
How do one explain Pearl Lee's ugly, defective and shameless behaviors?

The only logical explanation: Pearl Lee is a NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATH!
